Recently, VietCredit was honored to receive the “Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work 2023” award in the Medium-Sized Enterprise category, based on a survey by Anphabe. This is the second consecutive year VietCredit has been included in this prestigious list, marking a remarkable achievement during a challenging period for the consumer finance industry.
On the journey towards sustainable development, building a modern, friendly, and human-value-oriented work environment is essential. For many years, VietCredit has not only focused on human resource management but also on building a positive work environment where individual happiness and motivation are prioritized. This helps create an organizational picture where each employee is not just a worker, but also an important part of the shared journey, contributing to VietCredit’s collective strength.

VietCredit not only continuously develops and innovates training programs and designs attractive welfare policies, but also focuses on building a clear career progression path for each employee, most notably its succession planning strategy. At VietCredit, every employee has a detailed career development plan. Simultaneously, outstanding individuals are empowered and appointed to become future managers, as well as participating in leadership skills enhancement programs. This strategy clearly demonstrates VietCredit’s important goal of sustainable development with a strong and proactive workforce.
In 2023, despite facing market challenges, VietCredit remained steadfast in its goal of creating the best working environment for its employees. This focus on people as the key to sustainable business development has led VietCredit to consistently be included in the “Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work 2023” list. Previously, the company also received a double award for “Best Workplace in Asia”.
The Best Workplace in Vietnam is a prestigious annual workplace ranking organized by Anphabe under the patronage of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Anphabe’s independent survey records objective assessments from over 63,000 employees and over 9,600 students to measure the employer brand “health” of 750 businesses across 18 different industries in Vietnam.
Receiving another award from Anphabe is recognition of VietCredit’s development and improvement of its human resources policies. This creates a dynamic and efficient work environment that motivates employees and contributes to attracting high-quality human resources.
A representative from VietCredit shared: “Receiving this award for the second consecutive time is a great honor and encouragement for the entire VietCredit team. This is a period of testing our mettle, and we believe that the difficulties will eventually pass. Most importantly, VietCredit is proud to have built the best working environment, a place that nurtures and develops a strong team, ready to overcome challenges together with the company.”
