VietCredit Joint Stock Company announces the relocation of its Ho Chi Minh City Branch office following approval from the State Bank of Vietnam in accordance with regulations. 

Based on  Document No.  5871/KV2-GS2  dated  June 26, 2026  , from the State Bank of Vietnam – Regional Branch 2, regarding the approval of the change of location for the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of VietCredit Joint Stock Company; 

VietCredit Joint Stock Company (Tin Viet General Finance Company) respectfully announces: 

The State Bank of Vietnam – Regional Branch 2 has approved the change of location for the headquarters of  Tin Viet General Finance Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh City Branch  as follows: 

Branch Name (unchanged):  Tin Viet General Finance Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh City Branch. 

Current location:  Part of the 1st floor, An Phu Building, 43–45 Thao Dien Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. 

New location:  3rd Floor, An Phu Building, 43–45 Thao Dien Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. 

The change of location for the Branch office was carried out in accordance with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Regional Branch 2 and current legal regulations. 

The change of location of the Branch office does not affect the validity of contracts, transactions and documents legally signed between VietCredit and customers and partners before the change of location.
