VietCredit would like to inform you of the changes in regulation on maximum amount of payment when making total payment for VietCredit’s loan card from August – 22nd, 2020 with the details as follows:

1. When paying total outstanding balance, you can only pay more 300,000 than total balance (Including initial debt, interest and charges).
2. If you pay in excess of the above amount, our system will announce of an unsucessful payment error and you must choose the correct payment amount.

For example: If your total outstanding balance is 10,000,000 VND, you can only pay up to 10,300,000 VND. In case that the amount of your payment exceeds this amount, the transaction will not be done and you have to choose a payment amount less than or equal to 10,300,000 VND as regulated.
