On 7th February 2020, VietCredit Finance Joint Stock Company, Hitachi Group Japan and Hitachi Asia Vietnam Co., Ltd signed a cooperation agreement on the pilot implementation of the “Online Loan Registration Model Pilot Program Direct connection with consultants” in Hue city.
The online loan registration model that directly connects with consultants is an automatic transaction model on electronic devices, allowing customers to register for consumer loans easily, simply and conveniently, and at the same time ensure privacy also confidentiality of customers information thanks to the application of modern information technology, the model also helps to increase service quality and optimize customer experience.
VietCredit’s cooperation with Hitachi Ltd. in general and Hitachi Asia Vietnam in particular is considered an important step forward not for profit but for customers. All three companies want to understand the remaining problems in accessing people’s consumer capital, evaluate the results of the application of information technology in the product supply process and to improve the quality of translation financial department in Vietnam.
