After a year of releasing products to the consumer finance market, VietCredit met and and honoured our first customer owning the VietCredit loan card.

In 29/05/2018, The emergence of the first VietCredit loan card had became attractive on the consumer finance martket due to its outstanding features and services offered to customers.

As a “newbie” when entering the consumer finance market that was very active with so many reknown existing companies but with the rigorous market research and careful investment, VietCredit made a special loan card, including particular features and convinced thousands of customers, even those with the wrong awareness of method of unsecured loan.

Moreover, on the one-year anniversary, VietCredit’s representative met and thanked the first customer who owned VietCredit loan card-Mrs. T Yen. During this meeting, Vietcredit presented her with a grateful gift as a voucher of 2 million VND and a valuable gift of VietCredit brand.

And especially, Mr Yen is not only the first customer but also one of the loyal ones of VietCredit during the past time with good payment history.

Talking to VietCredit’s representaive, Mr Yen “revealed” the reason why she believed in using VietCredit card, although at that time she also knew many other finance companies, that is because she was first impressed with the “luxurious” loan card without having to pay any fees during the period of using, also it was so convinient for her to withdraw money at many nearby ATMs quickly and safely. Moreover, when using VietCredit card, she could flexibly pay for the loan at any time without waiting for the period as set by many other companies, also the interest is only calculated on the number of actual days she used money, so she did not have to pay more fees for extra interest. Even when she wanted to pay all the whole debt soon, VietCredit did not charge any fee for early payment.  

Sharing more about experiencing the products, Mr Yen affirmed that VietCredit has became a source of backup cash to her, it makes her feel more secure and comfortable with her daily household expenses. Especially, it alleviates the stress of delayed wages or additional and ugent expenses.

When being asked about what the most striking feature of VietCredit loan card which she wants to introduce to friends and relatives, Mr Yen emphasized the interest rate because as a matter of fact, borrowers care very much about how interest is made to predict the ability to pay the debt. For her, VietCredit’s method of calculating interest is easy to understand so that she could calculate the exact amount she had to pay and actively planned for payment or final settlement.
